Best wine bars?

SF seems like the true DINK HQ. Moved here 5 years ago and love it!

Wifey and I have been infatuated with trying new wine bars. We've covered some significant ground, but are looking for the next one to try.

Any suggestions?

I might be biased, but there is this great wine bar and bottle shop in Bodega Bay (about 1.5 hrs north of the GG). It's right on the water looking out toward the Bodega Headlands. They serve wines by the glass and have tasting options. Nice selection of local cheeses and snacks, too. It's called Gourmet au Bay. You should check it out - it's run by DINKs!

Biron Hotel in Hayes Valley - around the corner from Zuni Cafe. It's very hip w/o the marina crowd.

District on Townsend St in SF is great. Also The WIne Bar in Half Moon Bay (it's actually called just that - The WIne Bar).

Also, there's a restaurant in San Mateo called Viognier which has a phenomenal wine list.
